Newcastle Legal Services

Welcome to Peter Evans & Associates Solicitors

Founded in 1986, Peter Evans established his own firm after a long and successful association as a partner in what was, at the time of his leaving, the largest firm in Newcastle. Peter Evans & Associates has since grown steadily and currently retains the services of three other lawyers and six support staff.

The firm is now located at it’s new premises in the heart of Newcastle at Level 3, 97 Scott Street, Newcastle NSW 2300

In many ways all law firms are the same

How do we differ?

We seek to assist you in saving legal fees.

For example, if  a dispute can be mediated or a claim arbitrated rather than recourse to the courts.

Each of our solicitors can field an inquiry when another is absent.

If we cannot answer your question straight away then we will get back to you.

We attempt to solve problems rather then extenuate them.

The solicitors of this firm meet weekly to review special files.

Our negotiating ability.

We will not hide behind a letter. The principal of this firm has a broad government, commercial, community and media experience.
If your case warrants a high level face to face meeting then we will readily do that to get the best result for you.

We are genuinely experienced in commercial litigation.

Where a particular matter calls for specialist attention we are able to easily call upon the services of a barrister.

We are ready to assist you on all your personal legal needs.
